1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Skill India Mission (“Company”) and the individual or entity joining our Refer & Earn Program (“Affiliate”). By registering for the program, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

2. Eligibility

To join the program, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide correct personal details
• Have an active bank account for payouts
• Comply with all guidelines mentioned in this Agreement

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Skill India Mission’s online courses ethically
• Use only your unique referral link for promotions
• Avoid misleading claims, spamming, or illegal marketing
• Present our courses accurately without false promises
• Not misuse the company name, logo, or documents

4. Commission Structure

• You will earn 40% commission on every successful course enrollment made through your referral link.
• Commission is calculated on the final selling price of the course.
• There is no limit on how much you can earn.
• Commission is awarded only after successful payment by the student.

5. Payout Terms

• Payments will be made directly to the Affiliate’s bank account.
• Minimum payout: ₹0 (no minimum threshold unless you want one)
• Payout timeline: within 3–7 working days after verification.
• Any fraudulent sales or cancellations will not be eligible for commission.

6. Prohibited Activities

The Affiliate must NOT:

• Use fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent clicks
• Promise “Government Jobs”, certificates not issued by us, or misleading guarantees
• Create duplicate websites that impersonate Skill India Mission
• Sell courses at unauthorized prices
• Publish hate speech, offensive content, or illegal promotions

Violation may result in immediate termination and cancellation of commissions.

7. Use of Branding & Materials

The Affiliate must NOT:

• Affiliates may use official marketing materials provided by Skill India Mission.
• Modification of logos, certificates, or official documents is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates cannot present themselves as employees or official staff of Skill India Mission.

8. Dashboard & Performance Tracking

Affiliates will receive:

• A personal referral link
• Real-time tracking of clicks, leads, and successful enrollments
• Sales and commission report inside the dashboard

The Company is not responsible for technical delays caused by user’s internet/device issues.

9. Term & Termination

Affiliates will receive:

• Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without reason.
• The Company may terminate the account if any fraudulent or unethical activity is detected.
• Upon termination, pending commissions for valid sales will be paid.

10. Liability Limitation

Skill India Mission is not liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to misuse of referral links
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Misrepresentation by the Affiliate

11. Liability Limitation

• Your personal data will be used only for account creation, tracking, and payouts.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Refer & Earn Program, you acknowledge that you have:

• Read the agreement
• Understood the terms
• Accepted all conditions voluntarily
